[developer] 5234 libproc could understand linux core files

This is work by TJ Fontaine that allows mdb to start to understand what
a Linux core looks like and allows things like pstack, etc. to work just
fine. With this you can take, say, a node.js core dump from Linux and
use mdb's ::findjsobjects here. Along the way we also found 5235 which
is fixed in here.
